A Business Analysis project focused on improving employee lunch operations at Unilever by introducing a web-based canteen ordering system. The solution was designed to reduce queue times, improve productivity, and optimize food demand planning.

🎯 Business Problem

The existing manual canteen process caused:

• Long queues during lunch hours
• Reduced employee productivity
• Limited seating availability
• Food wastage due to inaccurate demand forecasting

Employees spent approximately 30–35 minutes waiting for food during lunch breaks.

💡 Proposed Solution

Designed a web-based pre-ordering system allowing employees to:

• Pre-order meals before 11:00 AM
• Choose delivery or pickup
• Track order status
• Receive notifications
• Submit feedback after meals

The solution also enabled menu management and operational reporting for canteen staff.
